The service team attend training on average 10 days training per year per engineer in order to ensure their knowledge is up to date and they can remedy issues quickly and efficiently.
The parts team have years of experience in ensuring we have the right parts on the shelf and can obtain the parts quickly for customers when a machine is down from the substantial parts stock across the South West at each of HAMBLYS six depots.
